I would sign Donnaruma for free and sell ter stegen for at least 40 mil.
With the 40 mil, I would buy De Ligt, Jose Gaya and Pau Torres. .
I would keep Dembele and make his role as a proper winger who can breach the defense and shoot as well. I would get him a personal shooting coach for the break and during pre-season as well.
Bring back Emerson for free and not for 9 mil cause thats a bit too much for him.
