Messi was an integral part of the team and once again covered the Flaws of the Team due to His Incredible Individual Abilities...there surely were some positives this year but we still have a long way to go

Yes, very true. With people like Depay and Griezmann in the team. Maybe we should let them take over Messi's role instead and let Messi play as a winger instead. In that way the team will learn how to play without depending on Messi to pull off something out of the blue.

However we played this season, we need to agree that Koeman did reduce messi dependency a lil bit. Obvio, not much as we have seen the team sufferwithout the goat. But still, relatively to the past few seasons, it has been reduced this year

Its maybe bcoz we don't have a striker and a proper goal scorer so we had to depend on Messi to score the goals. We have see in matches which Messi didn't play, the team suffered as there was no creativity and no fluid gameplay.
