We have seen Man City wait for a year and then get the player they need. Pep Guardiola said that he wouldn't sign someone at a price of €100 million And Harry Kane Price is 130 million and in the summer it would decrease but not much. On the other hand, Haaland's price is 70 million and we have seen City sign players whose prices are around 50 to 70 million. So I think City would wait and sign Haaland.

I don't think that city will go to haaland over kane. When they have a golden chance to buy the best striker of premier league, why would they go for a striker who is completely unknown from PL . U just cannot compare Kane's quality with Haaland.
My POV will be Harry Kane is more suitable for Manchester city as we know it will both good for Man city as well as Harry Kane English player doesn't have such good record around Europe unless He is Gary Lineker. And Harry is more expired than Haaland At 26, Harry is on prime, City should go for Harry as he cost less than Haaland
The replacement of Aguero is the main objective for man city. They need a perfect no. 9 player, Kane can do that for city ,100 million for Kane will be worth it. Kane is in his prime and a leadership quality as we know .
I think you are right but we all know that city have blind money and they can sign any player they want. In my opinion Haaland is a beast and he can be a perfect striker for city... But on the other hand Kane has a lot of league experience... He knows how to play against some of the best Premier league teams... It's upto Pep to decide that does he want youth or experience:)
